The five classic ships in the fleet offer traditional comforts and value cruising without compromising on quality or the choice of itineraries available to you.

A Choice of Eight Convenient UK Departure Ports

With a choice of eight UK departure points to choose from, cruising with Cruise & Maritime Voyages couldn’t be any easier. Depart from London Tilbury, Bristol Avonmouth, Tyne (Newcastle), Liverpool, Leith (Edinburgh), Rosyth, Hull or Dundee and set sail for the sunny Caribbean, Land of the Northern Lights in Iceland and Norway or head down under for the ultimate voyage of a lifetime to Australia.

A Choice of Five Ships

Ranging between 500 and 1,400 passengers, the five ships in the Cruise & Maritime Voyages fleet offer you a collection of cruises that reach the furthest corners of the globe in quintessentially British style. During your days at sea you can work out in the gym, enjoy a leisurely swim in the pool, treat yourself to a spa treatment or new hairstyle in the salon or relax on deck with an enthralling book in hand. You can also expect plenty of pub quizzes, revues and Bridge sessions, alongside guest speakers; Cruise & Maritime prides itself on offering entertainment and enrichment specifically tailored for the British passenger. Singers, dancers, classical duos and cabaret performers enliven the evening mood on board, where you can relax with your favourite tipple in hand in one of the bars and lounges dotted along the decks. The dress code is always casual and comfortable, with the opportunity for you to wear more formal attire in the evening.

Culinary Delights

Nothing will whet your appetite like the sea air, giving you even more reason to dig in to the feast of delights expertly prepared by the team of chefs on board. Go all out with a full English breakfast, opt for a leisurely lunch and make the most of a delicious five-course dinner. Carefully crafted menus present you with a blend of traditional and international cuisine with everything from appetising seafood, traditional Italian pastas, mouth-watering steaks and traditional English roasts appearing on the menu. Choose to dine in the ship’s elegant main dining room or go for a more casual alternative in the buffet restaurant, where equally good food is served with a complementary ocean view.

Cruising For Adults Only

Traditional and intimate cruising is at the forefront of your Cruise & Maritime Voyages experience, and itineraries sail to the world’s most scenic and cultural destinations. Magellan, Marco Polo and Astoria are child free ships and whilst children who are over the age of 16 are allowed on board, they must be accompanied by an adult passenger. Families are welcome to cruise aboard Astor but you will find that there are no dedicated facilities or programmes on offer.

It’s All Included In Your Fare

From delicious cuisine to the Captain’s Cocktail Party, there is so much more included in the price you pay for your cruise. Afternoon tea, late night snacks, daytime activities, leisure facilities, guest speakers, art & crafts, even the porterage of your luggage and port taxes; it’s all included in the price you pay.

Sterling Currency On Board

All bars and shops on board Magellan, Marco Polo and Astoria are priced in British Pounds, so there’s no need for you to worry about confusing exchange rates or unexpected charges when cruising with Cruise & Maritime Voyages.

Single Passengers Rejoice

Cruise & Maritime Voyages have set aside 150 superior inside and ocean view twin cabins for single occupancy on board Magellan and you’ll pay a single supplement of just 25%. Special on board programmes of events includes a welcome cocktail party and get-together with like-minded travellers, providing plenty of opportunities to get to know other solo passengers.
