Weather Bomb!

8 posts in this topic

Us Brits love a good weather drama, but let’s hope this latest one is not as bad as predicted.

A new weather bomb is set to bash Scotland and the far North of Ireland warning residents to prepare for dangerous conditions.

The Met Office has warned that severe gales and exceptionally high waves will hit coastal areas in the north west of the UK later.  Also major disruption to travel services as ferries and rail have been cancelled.

Any of our forum friends that may be affected by this, please stay safe.

Hi I hate the term weather bomb.  Why do we have to rename everything, Last year it would have been called a storm caused by low pressure system crossing the Atlantic.

PS Up here in the NE the winds aren't too bad and we have had some sunny periods.
