Formal Dress Code On Anthem Of The Seas

7 posts in this topic

Hi Twizzle,

The formal dress code on Anthem seems to be similar to that of other cruise lines such as P&O. Although it's short, the official line on Royal Caribbean's website is "suits and ties or tuxedos for men, cocktail dresses for women".

If you're sailing on Anthem this year then it will most likely be from Southampton so don't worry about luggage allowances too much (the beauty of sailing from the UK).

Formal Nights

Formal nights are not mandatory so if you prefer a casual evening there are several other restaurants and eateries you can dine at where the formal dress code is not in place. Formal evenings are designed for fun and to give everyone the chance to dress up, if they wish to.

As already said formal nights on Anthem are like most ships, a mix of DJ's and business suits. Anthem has 18 dining venues so if you don't do formal there are lots of others to choose from. Personally I prefer a business suit as I feel more comfortable in it as do many others.
