Last week we announced that we had scooped the much-coveted top spot in the Travel Weekly Mystery Shopper feature. Now, with the issue available online, we can finally reveal all the juicy details of our exciting win.
When Travel Weekly set out to mystery shop three cruise specialists, it chose Bolsover Cruise Club, Cruise.co.uk and Iglu Cruise in their quest to find the very best agent regarding advice, product knowledge, customer service and overall experience.
When Senior Sales Consultant Kirsty Briddon answered the call from the magazine’s mystery shopper, she succeeded in sending us soaring to the top of the leader board with service described as enthusiastic, knowledgeable and ultimately first-class.
Bolsover Cruise Club soared above the competition with an amazing 90%, while Cruise.co.uk achieved 81% and Iglu Cruise came in third place with 60%.
