Spirit of the Douro

Spirit of the Douro is the height of sophistication on the River Douro, with state-of-the-art facilities. Relax on a sun deck sunlounger or even take a dip in the open-air splash pool as you glide past the green scenery of the Douro Valley. The restaurant has panoramic windows so you can enjoy the view as you dine on four-course dinners, as well as delicious buffet-style breakfasts and lunches.

During your cruise there will also be entertainment such as Portuguese folk music local to the region through which you are cruising. All 63 cabins are outside facing. Cabins on the upper and main decks have floor-to-ceiling windows which open to form French balconies, while cabins on the lower deck have smaller windows that don’t open. All cabins are en suite and have twin or double beds, as well as a television, hairdryer, safe and tea and coffee-making facilities .There are two Suites and six Junior suites aboard the ship.
