Been with P & O for years now but this was our 1st cruise on Britannia. My sister had lost her husband months before and she was unsure as to whether she would come as a party of 6 down to 5. However we persuaded her to come and she had a balcony cabin next to ours. We all had a great time, loved the ship, weather was great in the Caribbean, and had good service. However, as we have cruised for a number of years with P & O we have seen a gradual decline in service and quality. We still think it is good service but used to be fantastic service. For this reason we have been trying other cruise companies and I have to say P & O need to up their game to compete. Drinks package is way too expensive, there seems to be a lack of staff at times (waiting staff in lounge whilst watching a rugby match) and deck staff. They also need to look at other destinations as all too familiar for us now and we are looking at trying destinations not visited before.
