a little disappointed

Noticed a few areas where we were a little disappointed. sometimes had a long wait to even see a waiter in atrium for coffee, let alone get served. Also one night in restaurant, freedom dining waited 3/4 of an hour to get order taken, let alone food. Have noticed that now tips not paid the service has definately gone down. Personally would sooner give tips, it encourages better service.

Went in spa twice, first time for hair which was excellent, second time same cost but both staff were tired, as they told us, and boy did it show, paying £55 is a lot to pay when not happy with result. other than that excellent
