Following a 23 hour delay at Gatwick courtesy of tui who decided to remove a part from our plane to fix an earlier flight. We had a wonderful holiday on Britannia. The captain Paul Brown ensured that despite the delay all ports in the itinerary were visited but not in the original order. The waiting and cleaning staff were amazing and a big thank you to Bhanu table 65 in the Oriental restaurant a true star and the waiters round the Serenity pool. Only a few negative points officers were conspicuous by their absence, we were invited to a loyalty cocktail party and apart from the lady who took our invites none of the officers came up to my wife and I to speak.

The entertainment needs a bit of an update. I dont know how long they have been pedaling Sounds of the Underground. Also it would have been nice to have entertainment on our final night or did they think everyone wanted to visit Oystins??

The policing of the sunbeds was non existent, on sea days people were reserving beds at 7.00 am and not using the beds until gone noon and in some cases not at all. This is so unfair especially to those who had a disability.
