ATP Travelmarvel 15day European Gems Budapest to Amsterdam

If the cruise was able to follow the itinerary it would have been more enjoyable and interesting, but because of low river level the ship could not get to Budapest so with delays and a 4 hour coach transfer to Vienna arriving at 22.30hrs at the “Vega”, we then stayed in Vienna for 3 days, on the second day our cabin AC/Heating failed- (no heat in cabin for 2 days and nights very chilly). On returning to the tour to Passau where we stayed 2 days, then another coach transfer to Nuremberg where we boarded the “Polaris” (which is the ship we booked) for the second week of the planned cruise which followed the itinerary and was enjoyable. Apart from our cabin heating problem and the missed ports in the first week, we could not fault the ships the crew or the tours.
