Biggest ship I’ve travelled on – too big!! Wrong time of year – loads of children everywhere. Since Carnival took over P & O the service has declined. Little touches such as “towel animals” on beds – messages on pillow chocolate (if they get any smaller they will disappear) interesting napkin shapes – downgrading of toiletries which are not replenished once used up. My travelling companion has limited mobility and so we are very careful in selecting excursions. One we took to a market turned out to be a disaster because of the steep hill everyone had to walk down; even more distressing WALK UP on the return to the coach. Later we learned the guide has taken us to a completely different mark to the one we had paid for. Very limited reduction on cost when people complained – personally I think the entire cost should have been returned.
