After a cancelled flight, which I understand Princess Cruise had no control over, we was put on a direct flight over 7 hours later, which meant we arrived late in JFK, not been greeted by Princess Cruise staff, we then had to find our own way to the ship in a taxi, arriving at the ship 2 minutes before Sailing was due, so after a stressful day we went to bed after being up 24 hours!, the taxi fare was refunded onto our account but no other correspondence or contact apart from 7 days into to the cruise we received in our stateroom, 4 strawberries dipped in chocolate !!!!!!!! ( see photo)
We found the drinks expensive and the food in the dinner room was not as good as P&O. This will be our last Princess Cruise
