I had my first carribean cruise on Azura just before Christmas and it was fabulous! The ship looked wonderful all festively decorated, the staff couldn’t do enough, I was very impressed with the entertainment and the food was sublime.

I loved being on top deck enjoying a few cocktails, taking in the atmosphere and basking in the carribean sunshine.

The level of service from all the staff made it a truly special & wonderful holiday!

  • I see Azura is getting a refit but I suppose it will be minimal. Cabins need carpets, beds, and bed linen renewal and last trip the cabins were very tired and worn out. We were flooded out for 4 days and my neighbour flooded for 10 days.
Toilets are also well past their best.
This ship needs serious money spent on it and not a couple of weeks in the dock doing the minimum.
We have over 200 nights on P & O and we wonder what the heck is going on with them.

  • Must have been on different ship to us on Azura on Feb 14th
Very tired ship ,food very low standard with exception of breakfast, entertainment in main second rate.
Worst P&O cruise we have been on, very obvious that standards have reduced as money saving
