Southern Africa for Christmas and New Year
By Sir Eric Dancer on 18 January 2018
Crystal Cruises | Crystal Symphony Reviews

Crystal Symphony provided a very enjoyable holiday. The outstanding points were the shows each evening except for two, the Cinema, the lectures, the library and the variety of places to eat. Food was good but not exceptional and the service was generally ok. The Ports of call and tours provided a brief and interesting insight of southern Africa.

Crystal for solos… Not really

Ship is fine, cabins a bit smaller than other ships but the bathroom is larger than normal. Can’t fault the crew/staff who generally will be smiling and helpful. Food was superb. Embarkation on arrival plus going ashore for trips etc is really well organised. Sadly, the entertainment is a bit lacking and (maybe because I was in a different place e wry day) there isn’t muchbgoingnonnin e daytime… Unless you like bridge and knitting. Ship...

This was my first cruise with Crystal and I was interested to see how it compared to two other ƒ??luxuryƒ? cruise lines I have previously sailed with. Crystalƒ??s approach to 6 star cruising has always been different to their competitors. The ships are much larger and so carry many more passengers, they donƒ??t employ an open seating dining policy in the main dining room in the evening and until recently they were not all inclusive...

Meet and greet at Istanbul Airport was nothing short of pathetic. The company used did not have any idea what they were doing. It took approx. 1hour from coming out of passport control to boarding the coach 30 mins of this stood outside in 25c sun. On arrival at the ship there was no meet and greet by Crystal staff. The food on the ship was good but not as good as Azamara also the...

Crystal Cruises Serenity – Absolutely Amazing
By Mrs C Haynes on 20 February 2013
Crystal Cruises | Crystal Serenity Reviews

We had an amazing time on this ship. The staff we’re exceptional and we were lucky enough to meet some lovely people during the cruise. My husband thoroughly enjoyed the PGA golf activities while I relaxed around the ship. The food and entertainment was also great, no complaints at all. Thanks to Bolsover Cruise Club for recommending Crystal to us, we will certainly be cruising with you both again.
