We had a wonderful time ,enjoying so many ports. Excellent staff ,nothing too much trouble. Great organisation on trips . The food was excellent , entertainment outstanding. We had an issue with our cabin but it was resolved straight away and we were moved to new one. We have no hesitation in recommending this cruise ship.

Not organised enough
By Diane Wood on 17 June 2019
P&O Cruises | Britannia Reviews

Not enough tender boats for trip to Guernsey, restaurant portions very small, headliners were shouting over the loud music, food in buffet not as good as previous cruise, balcony small. Maxine Mazumba was excellent, cabin hand was very efficient and very pleasant, cabin was nice. Cruise could have had an extra port in it as we seemed to be travelling very slow and possibly round in circles!!!! Table location in restaurant was dreadful, almost felt...

enjoyable week but a few little problems We booked an accessible cabin, which was very good – plenty of room and truly accessible for wheelchair user with a wet room (not always the case as some think a shower over a bath is accessible!) We ate in the Peninsular restaurant – the service was exceptional, especially for the disabled person, and the food was good. It was great to have tea and coffee facilities in...

Fjiords June 2019
By Allen Magill on 17 June 2019
P&O Cruises | Azura Reviews

Full marks for embarkation process, from taxi to ship just 23 minutes! Have cruised on Azura before and standards have definitely dropped. Cabin was very well worn and shabby looking. Staff were pleasant and functional but numbers seemed to be reduced, particularly in the buffet areas. I did observe some very negative interactions between staff and other passengers. Entertainment was fairly standard with much reliance on pianists! Sail away parties could do with some fresh...

Very poor Embarkation
By Mark Sargison on 10 June 2019
P&O Cruises | Britannia Reviews

Very poor Embarkation, not getting on the ship until 2200 with muster drill at 2230. Delay due to mechanical problem on Britannia but Captain Wesley Dunlop did not acknowledge this, instead very unprofessionally blaming the delay on the bank holiday traffic and Take That concert in Southampton. Nearly 4 hours we where made to queue in the docks area because they couldn’t cope with the sheer volume of traffic. No consideration given to people waiting...

Mediterranean 14 day cruise
By Aileen Hulin on 10 June 2019
P&O Cruises | Azura Reviews

This was our first cruise. The Azura is much bigger than we expected but it was run very efficiently by a very polite and obliging crew. Our cabin steward Matus was exceptional. The only problem we had was that the ship was so large and carrying 3,100 passengers meant it got rather crowded. As an older couple we found it difficult to cope with walking from our cabin to the restaurants and some of the...

Excellent Cruise
By eileen corp on 10 June 2019
P&O Cruises | Azura Reviews

Brilliant itinery value for money we had outside cabin on deck 8 kept spotless by Minivera all food on board really good second time on Azura although sailing to full capacity didn’t seem over crowded. The only disappointment was having our trip to MonteCarlo cancelled 2 days before we set sail due to the Gran Prix which P&O should have known dates when put in itinery. This didn’t however spoil our enjoyment we had brilliant...

B914 cruise
By Pauline Bellini on 10 June 2019
P&O Cruises | Britannia Reviews

Although we’ve cruised with P&O many times before ,this was our 1st time on board the Britannia! I really , really wanted to love her but in fact I was a bit disappointed and as a result I have decided that Ventura , Azura & Oceana are the ships for me . Now let me tell you why ! The atrium was (in my opinion) wasted due to not having a dance area or even...

Best entertainment we have seen from the Headliners, after numerous P&O Cruises.
By Geraldine Jevons on 03 June 2019
P&O Cruises | Arcadia Reviews

Lovely ports of call, perfect weather, calm seas. Pity about delays with excursions.Having risen at 6am for 8.30 departure, we could have stayed in bed till 7am. Still, it was an enjoyable outing to Bordeaux. Slight problem with plug in bathroom not working, but steward got it sorted.

Norwegian Fjords – May 2019

P&O Cruises | Britannia Reviews

This was our first cruise experience and we weren’t disappointed. Even in spite of a slight delay on embarkation everything went like clockwork. Our cabin was spacious to say the least and was kept tidy and fresh for the duration of our stay. The ship itself was impressive throughout. It was nice to see so many active staff, who were always attentive, friendly and very courteous. We chose freedom dining and sat most nights in...

This was our first cruise, myself and my wife in her wheelchair. I can honestly say it was the best choice we have ever made. The service the food the entertainment were all top class. The Ventura was a truly awesome ship with everything you could possibly need on it. The crew could be more helpful and we loved every minute of this experience so much we have booked for next year

We had a very good experience of booking our cruise through Bolsover. They were so helpful, cheerful and always on hand to ask any questions. Holiday on ship was excellent as usual. Luckily we had been on this ship before. No complaints at all. Food excellent and staff could not do enough for you. Weather, however, could of been better but that is just one of those things sadly.

Great Cruise
By Kathie rudd on 03 June 2019
P&O Cruises | Aurora Reviews

Really enjoyed our recent cruise to the Baltic . Was very pleased with the position and size of our larger sea view cabin , considering we have previously had a balcony . Loved the layout of a smaller ship but did miss the Atrium a bit . All staff were attentive and friendly . Good excellent in main dining room .
