Caribbean – Feb 2018Byon 02 March 2018Royal Caribbean International | Grandeur of the Seas Reviews
This was our third Royal Caribbean cruise and the standard across all three ships was similar. We like this size of ship, around 2000 passengers, as it is not too large to get lost and you can meet up with newly made friends easily. Also you can become acquainted with crew and engage in conversation as the numbers are relatively low. The food was available in a number of places including – The Windjammer an...
Cruise from hellByon 22 January 2018Royal Caribbean International | Voyager of the Seas Reviews
From the time we got on to the time we got off the ship Royal never adhered to their policies. I thought it was dress down every evening in the dining room, the likes of beach shorts and flip flops were being worn. This was after talking to the head waiter by the entrance to talk about the problem for the 2nd night in a row a male guest walked by in these clothes. I...
Royal Caribbean Cruise HolidayByon 13 November 2017Royal Caribbean International | Oasis of the Seas Reviews
Found them very expensive. Paid for drinks package thought 1 package covered both but charged independently over 400 dollars each for the week as we don’t drink a lot it wasn’t worth having, one would have covered. Then charged for certain glasses drinks were in but not informed when being given drinks found them added on to account 4.66 dollars per glass. 27dollars a day service charge added automatically when spoke to guest services told...
CruiseByon 06 November 2017Royal Caribbean International | Navigator of the Seas Reviews
It was my and kids first cruise, really liked it. Staff was really nice all the time. Food is really delicious but I would like say that there is too much choice in Windjammer, couldn’t decide many times what eat and what to leave. I would definitely recommend this cruise. My older one liked the ice skating and rock climbing. We would definitely book cruise again.
Small but perfectly formedByon 30 October 2017Royal Caribbean International | Rhapsody of the Seas Reviews
One of RCCL’s smaller ships. A little dated but a pleasure to have been on board. After a major hiccup on boarding- dense fog in Venice – and a revamped itinerary we had a wonderful week. Good food good weather together with excellent staff in every department.
Mrs PembletonByon 30 October 2017Royal Caribbean International | Independence of the Seas Reviews
Second visit on this ship. Standard as good as ever, but the ports visited not good. I would not do this trip again. The last visit we did was Madeira an Canary Islands which was far more scenic! Nothing really to see on this visit (other than Le Harve and Paris was 2-3 hours away. We are looking at maybe Symphony of the seas for next year, but I will be in touch with you....
14 night cruiseByon 24 October 2017Royal Caribbean International | Navigator of the Seas Reviews
Food could not be better. Service top quality. Shows not as good as P&O but average. Relaxed atmosphere on ship (very good), better than P&O. Stateroom very clean and comfortable, but lower deck Promenade View rooms need curtains drawn to stop people seeing in (others also said this). RCI very money orientated. I do realise this is a big business and needs money. Paid for three shore excursions (bank statement proves this) before going but...
Second cruise on Independence of the seasByon 24 October 2017Royal Caribbean International | Independence of the Seas Reviews
Wonderful experience on Independence of the seas ❤️ Love this ship, love the crew, the ambience, the entertainment, even if we had seen most of it last year. Grease and the two ice shows are still spectacular and worth seeing more than once🤗🤗. Food wise never have I seen so much Lobster on offer, my wife absolutely loved lt and as for the Duck mmmm a particular favourite of mine. Thoughts on the “makeover ”...
Med cruise on Navigator of the SeasByon 06 October 2017Royal Caribbean International | Navigator of the Seas Reviews
Food excellent, entertainment excellent, staff excellent. We were in an inside cabin which we felt needed updating.
Cruise date 02/09/2017 to 16/09/2017Byon 02 October 2017Royal Caribbean International | Independence of the Seas Reviews
This cruise line is not for us. Formal evenings was anything goes. Geared for young people. Films were on the outer top deck. Only one guest speaker talked the whole fortnight on the same subject. Queues for most things. Very money oriented.
Canaries on Navigator of the SeasByon 26 September 2017Royal Caribbean International | Navigator of the Seas Reviews
Room cleanliness was poor, including food left in a drawer by a previous occupant, steward wasn’t very attentive. Excursions seemed overpriced. Otherwise an excellent experience. All other service was excellent, notably Romeo of the Metropolis Theatre, and our dinner waiters Boney and Yasmina who were outstanding, the best waiters of all my cruises so far.
Family fun in the MedByon 29 August 2017Royal Caribbean International | Freedom of the Seas Reviews
Our family of five (children 16, 14 and 11 years) had a brilliant holiday on Freedom of the Seas. We went in August in the Med so unsurprisingly the ship was full. However, the space available and number of staff/crew mean that one is never waiting too long to be served. The dedication of the team whether it be the room attendant or the bar staff is second to none. Cruises are expensive but once...
Recent cruise on Navigator of the SeasByon 14 August 2017Royal Caribbean International | Navigator of the Seas Reviews
Recently returned from a med cruise on Navigator of the Seas and disappointed with ship, thought it looked tired and in need of refurb. Also, disappointed that there wasn’t a sail away from Gibraltar solidarity with the people of Gibraltar or from other ports, don’t think I would cruise with Royal Caribbean again unless it was somewhere special but could not fault any of the staff as they were brilliant.
Birthday memories on Jewel of the SeasByon 10 August 2017Royal Caribbean International | Jewel of the Seas Reviews
Wanted to spend the kids inheritance (SKI) but enjoy it with them so booked a birthday treat for 10 of us. What memories we made and 7 of them had never cruised before, but are now looking for their next trip. Two of the girls cried when they had to leave the ship and the friends they had made. The staff made it special by completing our requests with a lot of humour and attention....
Feedback of Freedom of the SeasByon 01 August 2017Royal Caribbean International | Freedom of the Seas Reviews
We thoroughly enjoyed our cruise. We have been on a couple of other ships, Allure of the Seas being one I think, with Central Park. I would love to go back on that ship but it just wasn’t available in the week that we needed to go. It obviously is a bigger ship that does provide more areas, such as the aerial water shows, and I love the Central Park area with the conservatory type...
Bahamas with Oasis of the SeasByon 26 July 2017Royal Caribbean International | Oasis of the Seas Reviews
What a beautiful ship the Oasis of the Seas is – enormous but beautiful. We (family of 4 with 2 x 16 year olds) sailed from Port Canaveral having had a week in the parks in Orlando. Mention here for Alamo car hire – drop off and pick up at the port are brilliant and just 5/10 minutes on their shuttle to the ship. Captain Rob kept welcoming us to our “home away from home”...

An enjoyable cruise on Brilliance of the SeasByon 10 July 2017Royal Caribbean International | Brilliance of the Seas Reviews
Enjoyed our aft balcony cabin experience. Staff all very friendly and helpful. Disappointed not to have a breakfast area in MDR for Diamond and above. Now is only for Suite guests and Pinnacle. Also, no ‘Welcome back’ party only the top tier event. Think Royal Caribbean cruises are becoming more casual and only 2 formal nights on this 12 night cruise where we have always had 3 previously. Apart from 1 smart/casual night the rest...
Independence of the Seas Gran Canaria and Madeira Cruise June 2017Byon 10 July 2017Royal Caribbean International | Independence of the Seas Reviews
Are only previous cruise was on The Anthem of the Seas a new ship at the time so, the Indy had a lot to live up too, in our opinion. We discovered we had very little to worry about. We had a fantastic time on-board ship. The ship itself although a little tired looking in places was fantastic. All the staff were courteous, well mannered and could not do enough to please us. We were...
