Another excellent cruise

We sailed with Celebrity for a cruise over New Year and once again we were not disappointed with the level of service. Although Summit is one of the older ships in the fleet, it is still very impressive. The captain and crew were very attentive as always and the cabins maintained their high level of comfort. The ship is spotlessly clean and food is excellent with a number of restaurants to chose from. A special mention must go to the concierge. On our flight from Ft Lauderdale to Puerto Rico, the airline (JetBlue) lost one of our cases and had no idea where it was. We reported this to the concierge once on board and she took over all follow up enquiries and kept us fully updated. We boarded the ship on a Saturday and the case arrived on Tuesday (airline originally said it would be Thursday). We still have not been informed by JetBlue where it was or offered any form of compensation. We have always sailed with Celebrity and they have never failed to disappoint. The only slight criticism is that dress code in the restaurants is not enforced but this seems to be the same amongst all the cruise lines. We will definitely sail with them again.
