Queen Elizabeth cruise 16 October 2023

Our recent cruise onboard Cunard’s Queen Elizabeth was great. Lovely ship and very attentive crew. This was our second Cunard cruise and would definitely cruise with them again. Only negative was finding and meeting the Cunard representatives for our transfer after coming through arrivals at Barcelona Airport. They needed to have at least one of them right where you walk out with a Cunard sign directing you to where they wanted you to wait and leave your cases with the airport porters they had. There were a number of passengers new to cruising who were not sure where to go but saw our Cunard labels and came along with us. The Cunard representatives were not very friendly and their command of English was very poor. Thankful I could speak Spanish and understand what they were saying! This transfer part was in summary was disorganised and did not give a good first impression unlike when you finally get to board the ship. The same can be said of the return transfer back from Barcelona port to the airport. Very old coach, with very poor air conditioning (it was a very warm day) and we were left sitting on this for some time while the driver was ready to go. This does not leave you with the best final experience of your holiday.
