The best cruise had by all

Fred Olsen ship Borealis – Scenic Irish Isles & Cities of Ireland cruise 8 nights.
We travelled with close friends and booked two Premier Suites – these are fantastic – they set you up with a minibar not just a bottle of spirit of your choice but one each – there are hors d’oeuvres delivered to the suite every afternoon at six and a bucket of ice for the gin and tonics – a bottle of champagne is in the cabin on arrival along with a fruit basket – there are two water refillable water bottles for use on and off the ship, lots of coat hangers, loads of hanging space, a separate make up/dressing room. The experience having this fabulous suite is super special.
As this was a scenic cruise we spent a lot of time on the exceptionally large balcony – dining area with table and four chairs and two sunbeds and foot stools. Oh, and complimentary binoculars.
The restaurant we were assigned was the Aurora on the back of deck five – nice touch in the cabin you are left a plan of the restaurant with your exact table highlighted – perfect table assigned right at the back with no restricted views watching the wake of where the ship at been – great sunsets too.
So much to do on this ship but not forced on you – cocktail making, line dancing, indoor shuffleboard, yoga, Pilates, and there is an actual craft room on board too.
Staff were fantastic and accommodating the entertainment was okay too but the main thing that made our cruise were the fabulous staff, the fantastic service, and the top notch five-star food.
