Ryndam review

Having just completed our first cruise with HAL, I would like to say we done to all of the staff for making the cruise so memorable.
The first view of the ship when approaching Dover my first impression was not good, it looks rather old and dated, however once on board first impressions get swept away by the interior layout and furnishings
The staff in the Neptune Lounge (Claudia & Belinda)are most helpful in assisting you in whatever your daily request may be
The Cabin was always kept clean and tidy, only one downside is that there are no tea/coffee making facilities in the cabins, you have to wait until the Neptune Lounge opens or go topside to the restaurant for a brew
Food on board is to a very high standard albeit that the portions are smaller than P&O, which is not a bad thing if you care about your waistline
The night time entertainment on board was varied and well presented, spectacular shows, good comedian, and musical renditions
With it being a smaller vessel than most this has the added advantage of making making your acquaintance with other guests on board
Looking forward to the next HAL cruise
