First and last time on Princess. Check in great unfortunately stateroom had not been cleaned. Previous occupants underwear and clothes still in drawers, dust everywhere. First evening dropped article on floor only to find previous occupants medication under bed. Ended up cleaning our room ourselves, not the start to holiday we expected.
General cleanliness not good especially toilets
Run out of bath robes.
Breakfast 1st morning in dinning room took 2 hours told by waiter chef was Italian!! Food in Horizon Court cold, lots of people complained nothing improved. Service on Lido deck was erratic, staff appeared to be unmotivated, some times rude, and it appeared that customers were an inconvenience. Plastic breakers need renewing often cracked/chipped Service in Dinning room very slow and food often cold, not enough staff, some only interested in selling extras.
Daily entertainment was selling either art, diamonds, spa very little other unless quiz or karaoke.
The only positive plus was the shows in the theatre.
Shame about the ship experience as the ports visited excellent
