The cruise itself was 5* excellent except perhaps the evening entertainment which I would rate 3*.
My experience with Bolsover was mixed. During my initial booking and subsequent telephone conversations the staff were very pleasant, efficient and helpful. My online experience was time-wasting and confusing e.g. I was asked several times for my passport number. About three days before sailing all the onshore tours were withdrawn, giving the wrong impression that they were all fully booked. This caused dismay and confusion. In fact it is Cunard routine but Bolsover did not clarify this.
