MSC, NOT PERFECT BUT PRETTY GOOD
Martin Roberts | April 29, 2019 | MSC Cruises | MSC Divina
This was our 3rd year in a row with MSC, all 7 day Med cruises. The only real criticism (for all 3) is the organisation of getting us back on board or getting on to shuttle busses etc. There is ZERO crowd control so even if it looks like there may be a queue, there is the rush from the back of people assuming they should be at the front or on the ship / bus sooner than the people who are already there in front of them. The MSC staff just seen to accept this but it makes many people (mainly Brits and Americans) in the ‘crowd’ that’s formed, very grumpy. There has even been pushing and shoving when people in the heat have had enough of rude people barging into them / past them. I know it’s a very British thing but it could easily be addressed if MSC were willing to try. I’ve spoken to the staff on these occasions and they literally don’t care.
