Susan Osborn | July 27, 2023 | MSC Cruises | MSC Virtuosa
Just returned from a Mediterranean cruise on MSC Virtuosa. The ship was very big and very busy. Everywhere was noisy and there was not enough tables and chairs in the bar areas. Trying to get a sunbed was impossible unless it was a day when the ship was docked and many people were ashore. Be prepared to pay to get off the ship! You have to pay for the tender at least £10 pp sometimes more. Food was excellent and the staff very friendly and helpful but there was not enough of them covering the bars. Wait times were very long to get a drink. The ship was kept very clean and the veranda cabin was very comfortable. Overall I felt the ship was overcrowded and it spoilt the holiday. I won’t be cruising with them again.
