Ship up to standard after the refit. very disappointed with b.a. they
Cancelled our 11.55 am flight and then introduced a new flight at 17.00 hours. We got to airport at 09.45 but b.a. would not let us book in or bag drop until 14.00 hours found it very stressful, not sure we will go again.
