Perceptions of Holiday
keith quick | August 22, 2014 | P&O Cruises | Arcadia
The cruise on board Arcadia was superb and without doubt as in the past I will be travelling with P&O again and recommeding them to others. Sadly there was a downside for my wife in as much that we requested assistance as she has a mobility problem and we were informed that it would be available.
Unfortunately at Heathrow airport on the way out and on the way back we were unable to get any help at all despite my request at the Airport.
However at Dubai Airport the assistance was first class from the check in to the door of the plane and if it was possible I would like our thanks and appreciation conveyed to the management of that part of the organisation.
We are also indebted to Bolsover Cruise Clubfor their help in the organisation of the cruise accepting that they were let down by the arrangements for my wife which I know they tried to sort out.
Looking forward to our next cruise.
