Arcadia it’s self is a lovely ship, it was our first time on Freedom Dining, it was a shambles, most people wanted a table for two if you got down to the restaurant by 6 pm
It would take 1/1/2hrs mostly 45 mins,we were asked would we do a side by side, which is a 4 with a small gap ,fine if you get nice people, but if there not nice ,you are reminded why you want a table for 2.Noraviris was very bad on the ship, which in 18years of cruising
We have never had it, I reported I saw a member of staff using the guest toilets on the 3rd deck near the Restaurant ,she just rinsed her finger tips under water took a tissue ,not a towel to dry them went over to the mirror did what ever she needed to do ,threw the tissues away .
Walked out the door without using a paper towel for the door,
We are supposed to trust these people,I described the person a female in a waiters uniform.
Felt as if they were short staffed in the Freedom dining Restaurant .
Wonderfull idea in the Belvedere having people help with our trays.one guy was amazing .
He helped us every day,we had a lovely rest which we both needed,
We have booke Azura for the Baltic’s next year
