App Booking disliked

The Ship was everything and more very very Fabulous
The down side was the use of the App which you used to book shows and restaurants
The first day on board queues of people trying to download the App
My phone downloaded first time very straightforward
My husband had problems daily and the staff had to keep reloading the App and in the end he managed without his phone
We got on line only to find the words Fully Booked across every Restaurant and Show
Unless you ate at 5-15 and went to the 6-45 matinee
After rushing your meal
To have to pay for Wi-Fi to use your phone was also ridiculous a small fee would have been acceptable but the price they charge was extortionate
Quality of the food was fair
Quality of the shows excellent
5 on shore excursions in 14 days could be improved
Cabin was very good above all the staff were excellent
We didn’t meet anyone who didn’t complain about the booking system This needs to be addressed lots of people didn’t like it
Occasionally a later booking for a show became available twice we managed this
One night we could not get into a show at anytime
There are lots of things of interest to entertain and make you daytime experience good
Overall we enjoyed our holiday and it would have got 5* was it not for booking App
