We had an excellent cruise, hit some fog on a few days/nights. The sea behaved and was like a mill pond.
The system P&O have adopted for disembarkation is a nightmare.
What happened to the colour card system where passengers could sit anywhere in public rooms and wait to be called over the tannoy system.
This year, for some unknown reason all passengers allocated the time of 8.30 were ushered into the theatre and upon announcement to disembark it turned, in my view, into a safety hazard. Passengers rushed to get off, therefore making the stairways a safety hazzard.
There was only one lady crew trying to control what seemed like hundreds of passengers who totally ignored what she said. In addition to passengers, there was lots of hand luggage/cases and bags lying around for people to trip over in the theatre.
