Constant smell of sewage, had to report toilets not working on many occasions. Room very dusty, never vacuumed. Buffet was a joke. Cups, glasses dirty, had to ask for replacements more than once. Chips with everything. Dining rooms, Side plates & knives taken off table after lunch and put back in waiters service station for future use, not sent for washing. Never had a hot meal, always tepid. One of our party ill, had to isolate, had to ask for food for her partner, medical centre did not let catering know. No towels, toilets rolls, water, coffee etc. given while in isolation, I had to get them off the trolley outside for them. A deep clean of the room took a total of 4.5mins!!! Senior staff reprimanding waiters in front of guest, which was very embarrassing and demeaning. Couldn’t wait to leave ship and come home. Never sailing with P&O again
