Fly cruise
Elisabeth | October 13, 2023 | P&O Cruises | Azura
Overall we enjoyed our recent cruise. This had been booked before covid and had been postponed twice and changed by us once so we were looking forward to it.
We feel P&O have ‘lost their edge’. I appreciate savings are having to be made but they do matter. The menu has been scaled back, no after dinner chocolates or shortbread with coffee. No water in your room on arrival, hard sell in the spa, less talks on sea days etc etc.
We also struggled to find a quiet space by a pool. The two larger pools were always very noisy.
We also noted the back of the chairs in the buffet area were dirty.
