Mrs B Airlieb | March 11, 2018 | P&O Cruises | Azura
I have cruised with P.and O. for many years and looked forward to going on the Azura, however I feel they are loosing the plot, the organisation was poor at the terminal and when getting off for trips, also the menu each evening always had 2 courses the same every night for 2 weeks in the hope you would pay extra to dine in the alternative restaurants. The room service was very slow we waited for an hour and a half for breakfast although ordered the night before and three times the safe locked and we wasted 4 hours waiting for someone to come very disappointing.
