overcrowding on ship due to bad weather
Ann Sullivan | May 13, 2019 | P&O Cruises | Azura
Due to the cruise being in Northern Europe, the weather was cold. As a result, the ship was overcroded and uncomfortable (too cold to go onto the outer decks). Entertainment was poor. The food in the buffet was not up to standard and was always overcrowded. Since being on Azura a couple of years ago, I noticed a downturn in all respects. There were some young children in the casino and running about on the dance floor. The afternoon tea in the Peninsular restaurant was not a pleasant experience and very rushed. Not what I expected. I will stick to Britannia in the future, as it is superior in all respects.
