p and o cruise Azura 18 May

The coaches were tired and neither had functioning air conditioning which made most uncomfortable journeys . the two days missing at the start was a huge disappointment and the missing two days removed our main choice of destination namelyNaples. The disembarkation was a bit shambolic and very stressful added to which my new case had a hole in it! Also the Friday before we left we were receiving conflicting information as to our departure coach time I spent most of the afternoon on the telephone including from yourselves the final conversation I had told me to accept the coach company time (given by you) and then an hour or so later an email from po told me it was the original time of 8am. All very stressful. We set off for Knutsford not knowing whether the coach would be there. Not an enjoyable holiday and whilst weather cannot be guaranteed we had some awful weather !
