This was my 4th cruise on Britannia, I love the ship I know my way around it and can deal with the lift problems that some seem to have.

This cruise was a little more stressful on arriving at dock In Southampton. We had to walk with our cases from the car park, why had the porters and help been removed? I loved the fact that we drove up to ship where our bags we were taken by the porters and our car then driven away. Why the change?

We didn’t have to a long wait to board this was super fast and efficient.

Our cabin was beautiful and clean when we arrived and was so for the remaining if the cruise.

Food was perfect everywhere on the ship although I do think that the potion size had reduced.

Entertainment… this was the same old shows in the theatre and not very well performed, come on P&O make changes with the shows lots of comments around the ship that these showing now are over and beyond needing to be changed!

Gareth Gates in the limelight club was great, outstanding and by far the best artist I have seen there (more like him please)

I was not impressed with the sail aways Neil needs to work on a new format!! We need sailaways they make the leaving of ports fun but please update what you preform!!

I loved the ports, some we did on our own some we booked tours all very enjoyable

My last “gripe” … ladies hairdressers I was very disappointed and had to complain and change who took care of my hair. It’s very expensive so we need the best!!

I also think the dress code should be back to formal, semi-formal and smart casual after all it is a 5 star ship.

I have booked to go on Britannia again in Aug 2020 let’s hope she’s still as beautiful after her refit this year.
