B322 Baltics on the Britannia

We never used the buffet, so can’t comment on that. The Main Dining Room (MDR) service was very good, we were on Freedom dining and tended to eat early. We never used the ‘app’ and had no issues being seated. The only thing we found odd was the lack of vegetables with our meals, especially as we are vegan. We got round this by ordering a side of veggies to complement our meals! The dance instructors, Penny and Ian, were excellent! We enjoyed the entertainment and plenty of bars to drink in, we especially liked the Crow’s Nest. The coffee shop (Market Café) on deck 5 needed more staff, but we eventually got our delicious coffees. Overall a great ship, with good ports of call. The shuttle bus worked well in Helsinki and Copenhagen. The self-disembarkation was rather chaotic, with a few passengers queue-jumping.
