Back to back Cruise
I appreciate that things are difficult at present.
We have previously taken 30+ Cruises with P & O and were very disappointed with the latest Cruises, so many cut backs.
We contracted COVID and had to isolate of 8/9 days, we were looked after very well with care, nothing was too much trouble, thanks to all involved.
Service in the Oriental restaurant was excellent but the food was not to the previous standard .
There was no art or crafts facilities, no Bridge or Whist, the entertainment left a lot to be desired.
The syndicate quest was moved from 10.30pm to 3.30pm…no atmosphere at all. Sailaways were very low key.
Although there were formal nights they were very low key just a voucher for a drink. Although we did wear formal dress it was hardly worth the effort.
We used the App but found it lacking in some areas.
We love Britannia and are booked next July with the family so hoping by then it will be back to normal.
