Food and entertainment was very good. Waiting staff in restaurant were efficient but appeared to lack the enthusiasm for their roles we had experienced on our previous cruise. Cabin was the high standard of cleanliness we had experienced before.
The booking of the restaurant on the P and O app was a real downside you couldn’t plan what time you wanted to eat. The wait for a table after booking on the app was one night 15mins and another 90 mins. The person that had logged on had to keep refreshing the app and checking their phone to keep a check on the table situation. we certainly hope P and O don’t continue with this.
