The Covid testing process for the cruise on Brittania was far more taxing than we experienced joining Iona just a week previously. The queue was horrendous however once the negative result was received everything went like clockwork and we were soon on board
The mini cruise was very enjoyable however there were several little things that were missing. No turnback of beds in the evening with chocolates on pillows. No body lotion in the bathroom. Just little things that add to the luxury of a cruise.
The thing that I missed the most was the fact that there were no Brittania Teddy bears on sale. Why were they not available?
Apart from the points mentioned above it was most enjoyable experience which could have been even better if the booking app had been perfected.
