More Economies on P&O
Anne Brown | September 11, 2023 | P&O Cruises | Britannia
I dislike the further “economies” which have been made since my last cruise on Britannia. Unfinished wine at table is no longer kept until the next night by a now non existant dedicated wine waiter so one has to wander back to the cabin clutching the bottle. In the self service restaurant there are no longer any trays on which to put ones choice of meal. This is very inconvenient as the plates are frequently almost too hot to carry and as I use a walking stick the lack of a tray makes dining much more difficult. The pre booking of theatre seats is a farce as although the app says fully booked there are frequently empty seats for the show which is supposed to be full! The staff are as always very pleasant and helpful.
