We had an amazing time on Iona scenic cruising around the Scottish isles. The ship is beautiful. We had an outside cabin which was very comfortable and the window seat was perfect for sitting reading and watching the sea. Scenery was fantastic and we saw lots of wild life. Booking the main restaurants was frustrating as the queues were not always available. We could not book limelight or epicurean as they were quickly fully booked. We did eat at the olive grove, keel and cow, beach house and the glass house. We were disappointed with the beach house as the menu is different from other ships, there was no charge but not to our taste. We would recommend the other three. Fish and chips were a nice option for lunch and the quays a good alternative for breakfast. The COVID protocols were very good and I felt safer on the ship than at a supermarket. I would love to sail on this ship again but not sure about if at full capacity.
