A shambles

Arrived at embarkation on the 1st of December. Lack of porters and any help. Had to drag our cases to a luggage hold. We are in our seventies and I have emphysema .One And a half hour wait to get into terminal. I will list the things wrong with this cruise. Told to take an observed corona test and this was changed at the last minute. We were refunded this as we had booked a test which cost us eighty pounds. Asked to keep it quiet from other guests. Refunded for two excursions as they were way short of the time stated. The app for booking dinner excursions and the theatre etc a complete waste of time. Why should I have to take my phone into the bar while having a pre dinner drink. Entertainment not up to standard. Headliners the worst we have ever seen. The comedian was terrible. Seemed like butlins at sea . Gala nights and Xmas nothing special. No chefs night or a proper celebration of any night. We are seasoned cruises with p and o and this cruise wasn’t a patch on carribean on Arcadia in 2018. Freedom dining not enough tables for two. Loads of large tables empty because people want tables for two. Dinner menu needs adjusting. Cost cutting evident on main menu. Lack of salmon and prawns these have been taken off main menu apart from an odd celebration night. Chicken dish on three time one night and fish on three nights but no salmon. Having said all of this we felt sorry for the staff who seemed worked to death. Still being as p and o are pushing the bigger ships at the expense of the smaller ones. We know things have to move on but p and o are alienating people who were there loyal customers.
