Nice cruise shame about the ship
John Quick | August 1, 2013 | P&O Cruises | Ventura
Food great. Service superb. Destinations terrific. Check-in check-out superb. Tendency for P&O to charge for anything that could be termed extra. This might be the same with all cruise lines – don’t know.
Ship badly designed. Can’t navigate decks easily at all. Promenade deck cannot actually be promenaded. Not enough deck space for the number of passengers. Much of it is down to P & O charging passengers with more money than sense ?20 pp per day to use. Don’t mind this except that it takes up a massive amount of deck space. All other decks crammed with sun loungers and it was difficult to get around.
Will definitely go with P & O again but definitely not on the Ventura.
