Good news that we did not need to book dinner or shows on the app. A pager if we needed to wait for dinner and first come basis for shows which was great. Staff excellent. Felt dress code was not enforced and reduced menus. Entertainment very good. Ship very busy and teenagers using lifts when elderly people waiting. We went to Amsterdam so ship very busy with younger people wanting to party !! Prefer a more refined experience and feel cut backs have taken some of the luxury we liked away. We have done 12 cruises with P&O really noticeable the cut backs and they need to do something better for gala night, especially disappointed that there was no beef Wellington and the speciality dish, people were saying was tough so I didn’t have it, I had steak and chips not a gala dinner P&O!! We enjoyed the cruise and have booked with P&O again but feel we need to try other cruise lines to get back to the standard we had. We also felt no hand hygiene was pursued with guests, nobody bothered washing hands or gelling. We enjoyed the ship staff always happy to help.
