Pre-Cruise. The app did not work on 5 different telephones, all attempts to contact Princess by phone only resulted in hours of hanging on without an answer. emails unanswered. email sent to CEO still no answer after 3 weeks. Bolsover tried to help they could not get response from Princess.
Lovely ship, very clean, very helpful and friendly staff. Customer services were unable to help with app.
Some problems getting drinks as most people were ordering via the app , we had to actually catch a waiter
Overall rating has been reduced due to terrible customer service from Princess before the cruise
