Standard Drop

After really enjoying a previous cruise the same time last year we were really looking forward to our 2 week cruise to the Med but we had problems right from the word go. Luggage drop off was chaos. We had to change cabins after 2 nights due to noise at night. The ship was overcrowded and it was very difficult to get a seat in all the ships venues at night and if you did manage to get a seat people were hovering waiting for you to finish your drink and move. The bed were lumpy (probably due to being used by vastly overweight passengers) the pillows needed replacing. Bath towels were small and thin. On the plus side the staff were very good. The food was good and plentiful. Disembarkation was a bit of a nightmare the luggage tags and instructions were sent out on the Wednesday and changed again on the Thursday causing huge Q,s at guest services. Unfortunately, I will no be going with Princess Cruises again.
