Poor service, not enough staff for the amount of people onboard. Not enough sun beds and people putting towels on them from 6.30am by 8.30 none left. American Icon poor service very slow kept getting drinks wrong and luke warm food. Windjammer was the same lack of tables, people sat playing cards after lunch/dinner tables not cleared immediately. Curry dishes every day, lack of freak vegetables. Not enough staff on North Star bar one lady very rude who was serving. Gratuities went up, room service went down. Towels changed once a day, sometimes late afternoon before, bed was made less, housekeeping than before. Looking for other cruise lines after being loyal to royal carribean.
