Not that great

Not the best cruise, it felt like we were on the poor relative cruise, after cruising for many years. It felt over crowded, way to many people, this is what most people were saying. Not enough bars and restaurants for the amount of people on board. If you weren’t on deck by 7.30am you didn’t get a sunbed. People reserving sunbeds up to 9/10 beds at a time. Totally discusting. People fighting for sunbeds. Staff should allow 1 towel per sea deck cards.
Closing teen clubs when ship in dock, not every 1 wants to get off ship.
Balcony rusty, smoke alarm going off every time I used the hairdryer, staff and security came but nothing was done. We had to put up with the noise for an hour. 1 day I asked for a glass of port, I was told they didn’t have it at that bar I was at, but I could fetch it myself if I really wanted it, Really, this is supposed to be 5 star.
We know the explorer is having a facelift next year but that doesn’t help our holiday.
