My first single trip

The start of my holiday went well, until we reached Budapest. A passenger due to go on our river cruise took ill on the flight, when we arrived they decided to see a doctor airside without notifying the Saga reps. The Saga reps kepts us hanging around for over two hours on the coach instead of takeing the two coach loads of passangerd to the hotel and picking up the person in question later .We landed at 4 and arrived at hotel at 7 pm or just after total waste of an afternoon. Then on the day we were taken to the ship was another wasted day, as the time coach picking us up was 3pm .Why the hell did Saga not stick to the plans of the free excursion on that day instead of the day before like it said on my paper work. Then we were told two stops had to be cancelled due to a bridge being built or repaired. Once on the ship it was fab all staff were great especially Lorraine. All staff seemed so happy, also Paul Rankin was especially funny and down to earth apart from his amazing food. My only complaint is that some night in the second week we had no entertainment or any of the staff in the lounge bar area, which i feel is wrong there should be entertainment and staff around every evening it felt like they did not want to mix with us on the second week. Also lots of confusion with excusions, i am still waiting for my refunds which is just under 300 pounds. Also why the differance in pricing and singles paying more, we are a growing market and should be treated the same as couples. My question why did i 2350 for lower deck as a single and another single passenger paid 1900 to be on upper deck, albeit i was upgraded to middle deck which was fab .Please try and sort out pricing so we all can get a fare deal thanks.
