Title: Norway Summary: Overall a good cruise. Especially when considering the number of passengers on the ship. A minor frustration for my husband was the quality of the video feed on the bridge cam and the frequency the ships position was updated on the maps!

Title: Wonderful holiday experience Summary: Being seasoned P&O travellers we normally holiday on a smaller ship, we were unsure about the size of Britannia, we were pleasantly surprised that it was such an amazing experience.

Title: Not the best P&O ship Summary: We have travelled on most of the P&O ships, and looked forward to this cruise ship, the mechanics of the Britannia were excellent, and probably the best, smoothest and most stable ship afloat. The fit-out, however, was something different our cabin balcony was so tiny you could not turn the chair around, and the cabin was the smallest we have ever been in, it was however kept clean throughout the cruise. The theatre was similar...

Title: Beautiful Ship, Beautiful Ports Summary: We had a fantastic time onboard Britannia, visiting the Norwegian Fjords. The cabin was spotlessly clean and very spacious. The staff onboard the ship were all friendly & helpful, especially our cabin steward. The Fjords were breath-taking to see and the ports we visited were great. We spent many early mornings on the balcony watching the fjords go by. Our favourite port visited was Olden where we took a coach tour to Briksdal Glacier &...

Title: Aug 15th Summary: This was my 4th cruise on Britannia, I love the ship I know my way around it and can deal with the lift problems that some seem to have. This cruise was a little more stressful on arriving at dock In Southampton. We had to walk with our cases from the car park, why had the porters and help been removed? I loved the fact that we drove up to ship where our bags we...

Title: Beware balcony obstruction Summary: When booking – the truth about obstructed balcony views. If told that the lifeboats may “PARTIALLY” obstruct your view – check before spending £4,000+. Other than that and the crowds around the pool, the exorbitant costs of excursions it was fine. For a better price and easier – book at the terminal exit – we had two mini but trips to two exciting beaches: much better and we met the locals (and cheaper)

Title: Med 2019 Summary: Had a great time on the Britannia going to the Med from July 27th to Aug 10th. Kids loved the Headliners shows, excursions were brilliant and food was good and in both Glasshouse and Sindhu 5 star. Already booked next cruise to Fjords next year on IONA. 👍🏼

Title: Fjords Summary: Fantastic cruise, ship was excellent. Ignore the “mass brawl” story. All hype and massively exaggerated by the so called “journalist” on board. Obviously trying to earn an extra bonus for a story and a bit more publicity for himself!!

Title: Baltic splendour Summary: Baltic cruise with P&O on Britannia 6 – 20 July 2019. Booked with Bolsover Cruise Club, excellent service. Despite a couple of hiccups at the start relating to Britannia’s late arrival at Southampton due to a medical emergency and engine trouble and the resulting potential for missing the first port of call, all was resolved, with no noticeable disruption and P&O compensated passengers more than adequately. All of the Ports visited, Skagen, Helsinki, St. Petersburg,...

Title: Baltics July 2019 Summary: We had a very enjoyable time on our Britannia cruise to the Baltics. Our embarkation time at Southampton was 3pm, however, we received an email from P & O to delay it for 6 hours because of problems Britannia encountered on the way back from the Norwegian Fiords. That was disappointing. We tracked Britannia’s progress online and discovered that she had made up for lost time and would be docking earlier than initially expected. We...

Title: Change in Standards Summary: We were sailing on Britannia for the second time returning to the Baltic to visit two locations which we had been forced to miss last year because of bad weather. Fortunately, we were lucky and got to see Helsinki and Tallin and used the shuttle bus service for that and for other locations which we had visited previously. That is, with the exception of Copenhagen, where the ship had docked at a different berth further...

The staff were welcoming and cheerful. The entertainment was excellent both in the atrium and the live theatre. The excursions were good as well the guides had an excellent knowledge. The check-in was smooth running. We will book a cruise with...

Title: Spain, Italy. 2 weeks Summary: Very happy customers. Not our first cruise. We would say this is 4 star compared to some but due more to the age of the boat. A very relaxed atmosphere and the cruise style obviously dedicated to the British travel genre. Great cabin, great food, plenty of space & entertainment, nice balance of sea and port

Title: Fyords Summary: Fantastic cruise, ship excellently clean, food to die for, always something to occupy yourselves (shows etc). Great way to meet people, we always chose to dine communal, different people at tables each day. Ports we stopped at very easy to see. No transport needed. All in all excellent cruise.

Title: Majestic Fjords Summary: A wonderful cruise to the Fjords. Absolutely breathtaking. Not too sure about the decor on Britannia. Dark wood cabin doors and inside the cabin was a bit oppressive however that is just my opinion and did not detract from the experience itself. Would thoroughly recommend a Fjord cruise.

Title: Not organised enough Summary: Not enough tender boats for trip to Guernsey, restaurant portions very small, headliners were shouting over the loud music, food in buffet not as good as previous cruise, balcony small. Maxine Mazumba was excellent, cabin hand was very efficient and very pleasant, cabin was nice. Cruise could have had an extra port in it as we seemed to be travelling very slow and possibly round in circles!!!! Table location in restaurant was dreadful, almost felt...
