Title: Northern Spain Summary: Although we enjoyed our holiday I can only say how sadly standards have dropped . From waiters whistling in the restaurant to ladies drinking from bottles this is not 4 or 5 star dining . It’s not so long ago when gentleman would be asked to put their jackets back on if taken off on formal nights . At the captains cocktail party, there were some passengers in jeans! What has happened to cruising being...

Title: Wavy Summary: Beautiful ship. Comfortable clean cabin, (we had an inside), with ample space and storage. Great shower. Staff very friendly and attentive. Claim is made this is a 5* ship, but consider the food in the main restaurants and buffet falls short of this rating. Didn’t like the “sales pitch” promoting coffee and drinks packages on embarkation. Entertainment was entertaining and varied!

Title: Iberian Coast on Britannia Summary: First time on Britannia which was very bright and modern. Very enjoyable cruise service was excellent. Only drawback with this ship is the lack of a central staircase. This put us off this ship since I think there would be a slight problem getting all the passengers off in a hurry in the event of an emergency as passengers would not be able to use the lifts.

Title: Britannia September 2018 Summary: Arrived at Southampton checked straight in and we were on the ship within 20 minutes from getting out of the taxi to being on the ship. Lots of staff available to direct you, as we were on at 1pm we had lunch, then they announced shortly after the cabins were ready, went to the cabin the cases were there, unpacked, the cabin steward introduced himself. Had an obstructed cabin but G505 was fine could see...

Title: P&O Cruises Summary: The cabin was small for the money we paid, the toilet smelt by the end of two weeks due to not been cleaned. Prices expensive, ended up with a £450 phone bill added to my account and we did not use them, spent a week trying to get through to P&O without success Food and entertainment were ok. Never again..!

Title: Good & Bad Points Summary: The ship is very clean and the staff and crew first class and could not do enough for you, food was plentiful and good quality at all times. Avoid deck 15 at all cost, it’s very noisy with the sun deck above and chairs and tables are moved about from 7 am onward so if you want to sleep in, forget it if you are in cabin around A409. The entertainment is very mixed except for...

Title: Britannia review of the fjords. Summary: A beautiful ship but the lifts and stairs really let it down as they are a nightmare. Staff were OK but could have cracked a smile every now and again. The studio was rubbish where you watched films but everyone’s heads are in the way and the photography department was OK but I didn’t buy any photos because I was sick off trawling through everyone’s photo. What they can’t ask for your room number and...

Title: Second Time Summary: This was our second cruise, the first one was to Norway for a week, we enjoyed it so decided to take a longer cruise, this time to the Mediterranean. The cruise was very good, great ship. The food selection was excellent along with the entertainment provided each night. We had all of our meals in the Peninsular Restaurant with the occasional light meal in the Horizon buffet restaurant, great service and friendly staff. It did...

Title: Norwegian Fjords Summary: First cruise – absolutely brilliant, totally hooked. Itinerary could have been a little better. But ship services excellent, food and customer services absolutely brilliant. Minor comments: Inside the cabin needs a small night light or led clock, had to leave the ensuite light on it or we were total darkness. Bottled water only supplied in the cabin on the first night, then had to purchase or bring a glass down from the buffet. No cold tap...

Title: Cruise to the Norweigian Fjords Summary: Great cruise and fabulous weather. Britannia is a lovely ship although personally, I think it misses the promenade deck. I recently took my mum who is in a wheelchair (had no problems with the lifts lol) just the doors on deck 17 are really hard to open as they open towards you and with a wheelchair really difficult. The cabin was lovely and we were lucky enough to have a balcony. Food I felt in...

Title: Summer in the med on Britannia Summary: This ship is leading the way in my opinion, it has so many improvements compared to the other ships. The biggest improvement for me was the style and layout of the buffet. Much less chaotic in there and whilst it was busy as the ship was full, I never struggled to find a seat. The Grab and go area is also a very good addition to the ships I was very impressed with this. My...

Title: Brilliant Britannia Summary: For many years we talked about going on a cruise but the thought of being packed into a floating hotel and our days being regimented, we have always decided against it. However, having always wanted to visit Norway we realised that the best way to see it, and the Fjords, was by boat. We were then recommended by friends, Jules & Andy (seasoned cruisers), to take a look at the P&O Britannia and the next...

Title: Happy days!! Summary: This was a magnificent cruise on Britannia to the fjords, the ship is beautiful although there is a need for a midship staircase as sometimes it is difficult to find your way from deck to deck. The staff are remarkably friendly offering excellent service. All food is of a high quality. Cant wait to go again, been a loyal passenger of P&O for over 40 years.

Title: Excellent Summary: We’ve just had an amazing week on the Britannia, the food was faultless, the staff were very friendly and helpful and the accommodation was very comfortable. There was a great choice of entertainment at all times. We would definitely love to go on the Britannia again.

Title: Third trip on this Behemoth and it just gets better Summary: Our 8th cruise with P&O and the customer service has gone up 10 notches. Better and increased selection of on-board events. Only reason for 4 stars for comfort was that we regularly had warm water coming out of the cold water tap in our cabin. Cannot recommend this ship and P&O highly enough.

Title: Falling Standards Summary: This was our second trip on Britannia and it saddens me to say standards have definitely dropped. There seemed a shortage of staff in the bar areas during the evening, waiting time to be served longer than is reasonable. Having loved dining in Sindhu on many occasions (Ventura, Azura and Britannia) the food was disappointing. Very very hot curries with no indication on the menus to suggest this and the food seems to have lost...

Title: Worst cruise in 25 years cruising with P and O Summary: We have cruised with P&O since 1993 on Canberra, Oriana, Aurora, Oriana, Ventura, Azura and Britannia. We have brought our children up on these ships and at 24 and 20 are still cruising with us. Our experience this year has made us totally reconsider our future with this brand. Britannia is a beautiful ship in terms of decor, however, that’s where it ends. From the moment you get on board we felt mithered by the...

Title: School holiday cruise Summary: Britannia wasn’t so suited to our family with children under 2 as well as older. It felt more like an adult only ship with limited choices of food and amenities. The swimming pools were both so deep that we couldn’t touch the floor which was hard with little non-swimmers. The overall appearance of the public areas was good and most staff friendly although some waiters were not small-child friendly and service very slow. On this...
